Kim Bagwell - Director
My name is Kim Bagwell, and I am Director at The Village School of Gaffney. I have been a teacher, principal and district-level administrator in the public school system for many years, and now I am blessed to be working with the students and teachers of TVSG. I graduated from Limestone College with a BA degree in Elementary Education and a minor in music education. I also have M.Ed. and Ed.S. degrees in Educational Administration from The University of South Carolina - Go Gamecocks! I have four children, including two who are teachers and two who work with technology. I am so fortunate to have the opportunity to do what I love most - work with children and teachers ever day - in a Christian environment! TVSG is truly a blessing for the families of our community!

Ashley Whitfield - Kindergarten Teacher
This is my second year teaching at The Village School of Gaffney. I am very blessed to be the kindergarten teacher at such an incredible school with amazing people. I currently live in Spartanburg. I graduated with honors from Anderson University in December 2012 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary and Early Childhood Education. I was a substitute teacher with Spartanburg School District Six following graduation. I am very active in my church, especially with Christian education. I enjoy spending time with friends, family, and going to our cabin in the NC mountains. I love teaching young children and am very excited to begin my career at a Christ-centered school. Suzan Moss - Second Grade Teacher
I graduated from Limestone College with a BA in elementary education in 1983 and I have been teaching ever since.  Of course, my mother will tell you that I started teaching much earlier, around the age of three, when I held class for my dolls and stuffed animals.  I love the primary grades and I am also certified in early childhood education.  I have been at TVSG since 2004 as the second grade teacher.  TVSG is without a doubt the best school in which I have ever taught.  I especially love teaching in a Christian school because the students are always respectful and eager to learn.

I graduated from Limestone College in 2013 with a BA in Elementary Education. I am blessed with two
beautiful girls. I love being a part of this Christian atmosphere, where I can not only teach the
academics, but teach and talk about God as well. It is my desire to help children see their potential and
then reach far beyond it - to never give up until they are who they want to be. I love being a part of this
very special family at TVSG. Contact Maryann at tvsg.mpreston1980@yahoo.com

Will Gibbons - Middle and High School Math Teacher
I was born and raised in Gaffney, SC, and have proudly lived in my hometown for the 24 years since then.  I attended Gaffney High School and graduated in 2006.  After that, I attended Winthrop University and graduated in 2011 with a degree in Elementary Education.  Fortunately, after some time searching and waiting for the perfect opportunity, God led me to TVSG, and I’m thankful every day to be blessed with such a wonderful school.  My passions are teaching, music, and especially growing closer to God within my church, my school, and my home.  My goal is to bring that same love with which He has blessed me to all I come in contact with so His kingdom will continue to grow.
